Hotel Grand Vert Kyu Karuizawa, Karuizawa

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and had a separate seating area, plus a Japanese-style bath, which was a lovely touch. The only downside was that the room felt a bit dry despite using the humidifier provided. The location was perfect for exploring the local sites and being close to amenities, but it lacked additional futon mattresses for more guests. The service was top-notch with attentive and friendly staff who were fluent in English. The dining experience was simple but adequate, especially for families with young kids. Overall, a great value for money stay in Karuizawa.
